Rental Properties During Uncertain Times
Hi all! What are your opinions on buying rental properties during this time of uncertainty? I've been considering waiting for prices to come down but that could be a year or two out. Some are saying prices will drop over the next year (but not as significantly as in 08) Others say they won't due to government suspending foreclosures. What are your opinions on investing right now?
