House Flip in Georgia
Hi there BuggerPockets world! I am a newbie in real estate investing and has some questions about house flipping. I am looking in Georgia for a house to fix up and sell for more. I have been using Zillow for my neighborhood comps as to what the house may sell for or its ARV. I want to make sure I get this number right, as I am investing with a friends money who looks to see a 7% return on his investment. Is zillow the best tool? Redfin does not have the zipcode I am looking in. Any suggestions. Also does anyone have any recommended contractors if they have worked out there? I would like to be able to get renovation estimates. Thank you!
