What's your pivot look like?

Amid the pandemic and changing marketplace, most businesses have had to pivot in one way or another. Whether for survival or to keep profits in a favorable position, we've seen businesses pivot, from huge conglomerates to small businesses. In basketball, a pivot is a slowing down of forward motion, bringing the ball in close, and finding another way to reach the goal. For us, that may look like cutting costs, a more focused target area or zip code, or even longer hours. I was just wondering how have you all pivoted your business to optimize your success?
