I am curious to know if you, as a newbie, need more information on real estate investing techniques to be successful or do you feel a specific road map to follow would be more helpful?

Because most people assume that investing is a quick way to make easy money. Once they realize that it requires as much time and hard work as any other entrepreneurial enterprise, they give up and go looking for another way to get rich quick.
