Best Resources for Figuring Out Utility Costs
In the process of researching different markets to potentially invest in and curious if anyone has any good resources/ideas for trying to pin down estimated utility costs in a given market? As is often discussed, these can have a huge impact on cash flow so I'm trying to find the best resources to analyze deals as accurately as I can. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
