San Diego - making investment soon, want some experience! Help!
My wife and I will be making our first investment soon. She is a travel nurse and we have been traveling for a little over a year and saving everything we can. We are approaching our goal and I have been reading and learning a lot deciding what route to go. I definitely would love some experience with managing or even being involved in some residential renovations. I am very good with my hands and plan to do a lot of work myself on our purchase. We are currently in San Diego and I have nothing but time on my hands to learn. Pursuing knowledge over salary. I’m highly driven and willing to listen. Any referrals would be appreciated to people or companies that need help as well! Thank you!
