Looking to invest long distance
Hi everyone, I am a newbie at this. Looking for help. Living in California but thinking of investing out of state as I would like properties with positive cash flow. What states/areas should I be looking at in this market? How do I find good areas eg good location , form a reliable team eg property manager, real estate agent etc. Thanks.
