Real Estate Purchasing Club
I’m creating this post here more as an experiment to see if this strategy I’ve been pondering would actually work. So I’m a newbie to real estate investing and don’t have a whole lot of money which I’m sure a whole lot of people are in that same situation. So my thoughts on how we could overcome this limitation is incorporating an equally owned purchasing, I suppose you would call, club or partnership. This would, in theory, enable those with short stacks to get started as well as the benefit of having a group of like minded individuals to share knowledge and ideas and what have you. Any way I haven’t thus far initiated any thing yet in these regards right now I’m just hoping to get in contact with a few people in possibly the same situation that would like to discuss this subject more and maybe improve on it or whatever other suggestions that might work.
