1st BRRRR!!! Carpenter and Skilled laborers Needed!!
Peace!! Currently 12-13 weeks into my first rehab and need a quality carpenter and other skilled laborers to close the deal out! Its a 3 bed, 2 bath home 1138 sq.ft. Sub floor has been replaced and all termite damage and currently installing windows and repairing siding as well. Having issues finding reliable carpenters in Middle GA. Macon, GA to be exact. When found I'm projecting about 6 weeks until done and able to be brought to market. I appreciate ANY and all help! Thanks in advance!
