Public Records Request and Commercial Purpose Declaration
We are trying to complete a public records request on tax delinquent properties and properties with code violations. They want us to complete a commercial purpose declaration basically stating we don't intend to generate revenue or financial benefit using the individuals information. Any advice on how to answer so our request will be granted? Any guidance or experiences with this is greatly appreciated!
