First House Hack in Milwaukee WI
I'm 18 years old about 3 months into building my credit and have 20 thousand dollars saved. I am looking for a house hack and am having a hard time finding a lender who will give me a chance any suggestions? I know waiting is probably the best choice but I am very eager to get started.

House hacking is a great way to get started. It's awesome you are starting so young! If you have a W2 income you should be able to qualify, you just need to connect with the right lender. I suggest continuing to build your connections, education, and deal flow. I also invest in the Milwaukee area!
