Maximum Purchase Price For First House Hack

What is the rule of thumb for maximum purchase price for a house hack? I'm at the point where I could put 3.5% down on an FHA for a $1million building and have $20k in reserves but PITI would be 100% of my day job income. Thoughts on how I should determine the property price range?
