Expectations for Direct mail to probate leads?
I'm a new investor, and I'm looking to do a fix and flip in the Utah County area of Utah. It's a pretty competitive market. I'm interested in probate leads and doing direct mail to them as I'm focusing some of my on other things. What expectations should I have so I can do this as wisely as possible? Please don't hold back.
