$5k in 30 days!
Haha. So, I heard some audio from a guru I'd rather not name. His quick start program to $5k in 30 days is this:
1. Send 500 yellow letters to absentee owners that bought before 2003.
2. Field every single call and make an offer (at a price that will make you money) on every property.
What percentage of people that actually follow these instructions would make the $5k in 30 days?
My guess is 25%, What do you think?
