What YouTube Gurus should I watch out for?

I am just starting my realestate journey. I am specifically interested in wholesaling due to the lack of funds neccasary to start. I have noticed that a lot of these youtube gurus such as Max Maxwell and Flipping Mastery TV(Jerry Norton)  have somewhat high subscriber counts, both over 100k but each video gets only around 10k views. Seems pretty fishy. Should I continue using these guys to learn or are there better options?
