I just purchased my first properties and am getting ready to begin the rehab. However, I need to begin to put together all of the costs for the rehab. Would anyone be willing to share their home repair spreadsheet with me so I can have an idea of how to keep this organized? I am just trying to keep from recreating the wheel! Thanks in advance!
