Newbie Wholesaler: Advice

Hello BiggerPockets Community!

I am totally new to investing and would like to get my start wholesaling. Are there any tips, tricks or words of advice that any of you seasoned wholesalers would like to share that you wish you knew starting out? Any help/advice would be much appreciated!

You're going to find that wholesaling is tough but hang in there. Most drop it because it's not the easy path to wealth that gurus program into peoples heads but if you stick with it skies the limit.
