Newbie - Fix and Flip - Purchase Funding
My name is Kisha and I am extremely new to investing. My passion is Fix and Flip but ultimately would like to be involved in Wholesale and Rentals. My question is - How can I purchase my first property without using my own money? Is it best to become pre-approved and then use PM or HM for rehab? I feel so debilitated by this and feel that I just need that one property to get me started. Thanks in advance for your responses.
