First Flip - Profitable

So... After almost 30 years in the real estate business; helping other people buy & sell house, flip houses, buy rental properties and shore houses... after helping 5 other investors build real estate portfolios in excess of $2 million... I finally decided to do for myself.  

Thanks to BIgger Pockets, Brandon Turner and David Green... I just closed on the sale of my flip in Mount laurel NJ.  After 6 months and 19 Days, even with some Covid 19 delays and a contractor fiasco, I made $21,000.
