Newbie Buying First Property
I am a 22 year old that just graduated college during the covid era from Ohio University. I have been working my new job for 5 months remotely at my parents house with no expenses. Now my job is causing me to move down to Dallas for a year and then move to New York to continue my job. I really do not want to rent and want to start my real estate investment process now with interest rates so low. What do you guys think my best vehicle for real estate investment would be?
