INVESTING OUT OF STATE

We Have been involved in finding houses for another investor for a couple of years. Ready to start  this journey on our  own . Interested in flipping houses out of the state of California( market is too expensive here) , more precisely in Virginia. My husband and I  have a team in place ( realtor, contractor and construction supervisor).  Need an asset based national  hard money lender that  understands the out of state investing strategy.

Any advice or suggestions? Please help.
