First Investment Property Offer
Hi! I've looked at 3 properties this week and have one I'm interested in putting an offer in. I'm linking my BP calculations in hopes that you can see it. https://www.biggerpockets.com/... This would be my first investment property, so of course I'm nervous if this is worth my time or I should look for something else. It is a duplex that has already been updated. My analysis says it will produce $358 in monthly cash flow. The CoC is 8.82% and NOI $11,304. Any input is greatly appreciated!
