Hello BP army i need help i just got pre approval for $200K FHA 3.5% down $7K

I have 20K saved up and I am looking for a house hack duplex triplex or quad maybe a large SFH

I need a place to live and i want this thing to pay for itself I will self manage the property

I'm going to use good tenant screening to get good tenants and less headaches
