College Student looking to learn more about Rental Investing.
Hi, I am a college student at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where I am apart of the Lee Business School’s Pre-Business program as well as being a member of the Honor’s College.
I am have been watching the BiggerPockets podcast for the past couple of months. I've also read a couple of books. So I have a bare minimum knowledge of the techniques used within Rental Property Investing, However, I learn much better from doing. My goal is to be able to purchase a Duplex or Single Family home within the next two years with hopes to BRRR and grow net worth as I am still earning my degrees.
All knowledge and help in what direction I should head in would great. I have also been extremely curious about wholesaling if anyone knows any good books or articles please let me know. Thank you.
