Are people still doing local REIA?
New to Bigger Pockets. Excited and wanting to get started in real estate investing. I have listened to hours of podcasts but admittedly, still confused about a lot of things. Seeing as how it's easy to lose your shirt in real estate I'm really hoping to go to a REIA to network and pick brains of experienced investors.
Are people still doing REIA due to COVID? Currently located in Dallas, TX
