resources for a new real estate agent
Hello! I'm a fairly new investor and my sister in law just got her real estate license. All my deals I've done to this point have been through an agent or myself knocking on potential doors. She got her license to get in on our growing business and has asked now that she's licensed what books, podcasts, etc she should check out to educate herself. I've listened to the last 100 podcasts but are there some specifically about finding properties. What are different avenues that agents can use, etc. She has a coach but is itching to find her first deal without having anything handed to her. Thx!
