Best (or worst) turnkey companies
I am in the process of learning about turnkey properties. I have a full time job, so this seems to be the best fit for me for the time being. I was wondering if anyone could share their positive, or negative experiences regarding the turnkey company they chose to go with. Why did you choose the particular company over others?
