Investor Thank You????

A REI (introduced by my Realtor) spent almost two hours doing a walk through of a property I just purchased. She gave me some great advice and saved me from making some (additional) expensive/critical errors.

Any ideas on what would be an apprpriate THANK YOU?   Lunch? ....Gift Card?... LOL... Cash in an envelope?
