Chase Foreclosure Chicago - Has anyone worked with them?

Hi - Has anyone worked a flip or buy/hold with Chase Foreclosure?  Any insights you can share?

I believe you are talking about the flipping company, not the bank and their foreclosures? I have not worked with them, but the GC that did my $200k+ personal renovation does about 15-20 homes a month for them.  Their work was top notch, we came in on time and on budget and I have had two clients use the GC and had similar results.  I don't know anything else about the company

Chase Foreclosure is just convenient branding, the owner's last name is Chase, and if people think it's related to Chase Bank, well more power to them I suppose.  Nothing to do with the bank.  They are a real estate broker that specializes with investors.  I don't have any personal experience working with them.

Thank you for the reply.  @Zach Karp, @Jonathan Klemm, Correct, they are not affiliated with Chase Bank, and I was asking because I've been on their mailing list and seeing some opportunities.  Wanted to know if anyone has had experience doing a purchase with them and used their services on rehab, refinance and finding tenants.  @Brie Schmidt - thanks for the insight on their GC work.

@Jennifer Bayon - I can not say I have., but am curious to what exactly Chase foreclosure is?  I am assuming its Chase's foreclosure branch haha?

Also, not to be rude, but why are you asking?  Do you have a potential deal coming through from them?

Maybe some of my lender friends know something about it given they are in the industry.  @Michael Facchini or @Zack Karp?
