CoC ROI on an all cash deal
Hey there! My wife and I are starting to make offers and we are working with an an all cash investor. When we analyze deals with financing, we look for a CoC ROI of 8% or above. But, when working with all cash, what is the ideal CoC ROI (%)? Thanks!
