Buy and Hold Buying Criterion

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to know what everyone's buying criterion is.

Personally, I'm aiming for a multifamily home under 200k in Adams, Cumberland, and Franklin county, PA. Each unit must cash flow $200/month and the neighborhood was be C class and better.
