Current interest rates?
my wife and I are doing a cash out refi so we can hold onto cash for a future down payment on a future house. and I'm not sure what interest rates are doing, do they really matter, should I wait till after the election idk. I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to this stuff as we are new investors. (our next house would actually be our first step into this realm!) any info would help!
