Entry Level Real Estate Positions

Hi Bigger Pockets Community!

I am a college student looking for an entry level job to begin my career in real estate before I graduate. My degree is in International Business and Business Management, but I feel as though I will not use this degree after college. What jobs should I look into that would give me the necessary experience and knowledge to help my future as a real estate investor? I plan to house-hack my first multiplex when I have saved up enough money. I currently only have around $4k saved so that is a few years down the line.

I would decide what route you might want to take in real estate first. There are a lot of different jobs and ways to get involved in the industry. I graduated last spring from business school as well and ended getting my real estate license instead of the corporate route.

If you plan to invest in real estate, I would suggest finding a mentor in your area and then you can learn from and provide value to them. This will be an effective way to learn more about the process. You also don't need a huge amount of money to start out with if you house hack. Good Luck! @Connor Pine
