Newbie advice, just starting in DMV

Hi all!

I am a recent grad currently working as a asst. Project Manager for a home builder in Arlington/Fairfax. I currently live at home with my parents in and throw 60% of my income towards my student loans (will be done with them by Jan. 2021), and put the rest of it into a money market account that will eventually grow into a down payment for a house hack.

I know I’m young and I have a lot to learn, especially in such a high end market, but I’d love some advice for starting out. I just want to LEARN! In the perfect world, I would love to get into a duplex within the next few years.
