Low Employment History Looking For Loan

Hi guys, I’m 18 and am looking to house hack with a few friends starting summertime next year. I have a good bit saved up but the problem I am seeing right now is that I still have less than a year of work experience. Is there a way I can get a loan with such little employment history?
