Starter tips on doing Mailers and best Mailer Companies??
I am an Agent/Investor. I need to know more about sending out/doing mailers to turn up deals. I know it is a numbers game and I need to get my info to potential owners who could use a quick buck or who are tired of landlording. So any advice on entering into doing mailouts to turn up some pre-market deals would help. I appreciate your thoughts and advice!
