Pull out equity from rental owned by llc
A partner and I are in the process of creating a llc and want to start buying rental properties...we are wanting to be able to pull the equity eventually through a cash out refi or a heloc... I've been reading though that might be hard to do with a llc? What are ganna be are best options to pull out equity eventually? Thanks!
