I own a couple of properties and now I’m looking to expand to apartment buildings and flipping. Any advice or guidance is welcomed.

@Veronica Joyner Congrats on your success so far.  Assuming you have put great detail into underwriting your first few deals be sure that level of detail continues as you exapand and shift as from a personal experience and seeing many others it is really easy to get lax.  It typically takes a bad deal or a big loss to get you back on track.

On a positive note, we would all love to hear about where in Chicago your properties are now and where you may think is good to flip currently and what a large multi family deal looks like to you.
