Beginner Investor in Virginia
I’m currently looking into buying my first property in Virginia(possibly Hampton roads area)but haven’t actively started. I have taken the steps to save money and have good credit, but what next? I’ve been reading books and slowly teaching myself but I have noticed there are a lot of moving parts with real estate investing. Any beginner tips?
