What Dallas Turnkey Company to use?
I am looking to see if I should use a Turnkey company when I possibly look to invest in Dallas, Tx. I heard of one called Doorvest and I have heard pretty good things about it. So what my questions are: Should I be using a Turnkey company if I wanted to invest out of state (Pros and Cons) and Which one should I use (Doorvest or any other one)?
