Starter home or investment duplex?
Hi, I am looking into real estate, I’m 24 years old and I’m in the military and I have a degree in Respiratory therapy. I am currently working as a respiratory therapist. I have a daughter and i have been strongly considering getting an investment property before my first home! What do you guys recommend? Get an investment property first? Or get my daughter and I settled into a small home first then work towards investing?
