Best cities to house hack

I currently live in Houston tx and was wondering what are the best places to House hack. I am looking mainly in texas and you're welcome to list cities in other states as well

Hey @Kishun Barker it is not so much the city that you pick, but more of the way that you buy and use your property. To start with, find a DEAL. That means find a motivated seller and buy something that you can buy under market price(like a rehab).

Then how do you use the property. Buy a house and rent out part of it to others to pay for the whole thing.

Its kinda like buying a case of soda and then selling them off individually. A case of coke costs about $6. BUT if you sell each soda you can get about $1 each for the 24 sodas. If you sell it with ice in a glass, you will get $2.50 (at a restaurant). And then if you can buy the soda from a wholesaler and pay $4 per case, you are really cleaning up.

How that relates to real estate: buy a big house and rent out the rooms. OR if you want to put the ice in a glass do some AirBnB for some really bigger bucks.
