Hey I’m sort of new to investing but I want to flip my first deal

Hey everyone I’m located in Alpharetta GA and looking to flip my first deal. I’m debating on using private or hard money to close quick but with the current market volatility I’m not sure. Any insights? If anyone is in the surrounding arrears please feel free to comment.
