Looking at a 6 Unit
New to the Multi Family housing I found a 6 unit I'd like to purchase shopping around for HML's the units bring in $3300/month Taxes are around $3k/year Insurance $2k/year only other expense the landlord takes care off the lawn. Is this a good buy and hold deal and being my first thru an HML what percentage would I have to put in I do not want to live in the unit.
