Hi! I was wondering if there is any investors out there that could give their know how on condo investing. Are there any books or anything you could recommend? My dad was looking into investing in condos and he is not really sure on how to go about it.

It isn't much different than homes except you have to check condo docs to make sure the financials are good and rentals are allowed.  They tend to be cheaper than single family homes, but cash flow can be more challenging as you have condo fees that can add up quickly.
