Rental extension agreement

Hi Bigger Pockets community,

I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions for free or low cost electronic signature processing platforms that I can use. I currently just have one rental so I don't want to purchase an Echosign or Docusign subscription yet and the free version isn't cutting it. Anyone have recommendations on how to handle? I had my realtor do the original lease but want to process a year long extension on my own.
