17 years old beginning real estate

I am a 17 year old aspiring to strive in real estate in the Cleveland Ohio area.

I plan on wholesaling in the beginning of my career, I feel as though the podcasts that I listen to leave out a lot of the intricacies behind it & tend to glorify how easy it is if you buy their programs. I am willing to accept and use any advice I can. Should I become a licensed agent before I begin wholesaling? What should I do in the leading 6 months before I turn 18 to prepare.

That's great Napoleon, I would get licensed!
