Marketing ROI/Response Rate

Hello,

I am putting together my business plan to start my REI business January 2021. I have capital allocated for marketing and would like to go all in until I can build up my biz. That said, I am curious what ROI/Response rates are typical for the different types of marketing platforms i.e. direct mail, text blast, carrot site, SEO, email campaigns, etc. I have read 1-2% is typical for direct mail. Would love to hear your input. Thanks!
