Best Laptops for Starting out in REI

I am getting prepared to get serious about this in 2021. My current personal laptop is running Windows 7, which Microsoft discontinued support earlier this year. So when I go and replace it, I was wondering what the best computer for Personal/Business would be? I would like to be able to use it for Personal and something that would be good for starting out and could possibly grow with me as I ramp up a business.
