Help finding buyers for new construction town homes
Hello all, I am a college student trying to help my dad sell his new construction town homes. It is a duplex and he is is not looking to rent them out, he wants to either sell them together to an investor or sell each unit to a family. It is not completed but it is very close to being done. It was built with top of the line materials and looks beautiful. He has already tried 2 different agents both which were no help at all. I have tried Facebook marketplace but I know that’s a long shot. What steps could we take to push this property out more and find interested buyers is there anything else we could do on our end. I would love to hear what you all have to say I greatly appreciate all feedback!!!
